MY COACHING STORY

Paying It Forward

Sweater pic for LG Website_edited.jpg

I have always believed that every person has a specific set of talents that they came in to the world with.  Yes, we go to school and get an education in hopes of "doing" something, but we also have gifts that we're supposed to share with the world.  My journey started during undergrad years at Stanford University and continued when I launched myself in to the great abyss.  I thought my prestigious degree and winning personality were all I needed to conquer the world. And while both were extremely helpful I soon learned that there was much more to building a successful career.

I observed through both personal and professional lenses as some moves took people further, faster while other decisions would stop a rising star right in their tracks. I spent many years as a Human Resources Executive in all types of organizations and industries to include the

World Champion Dallas Cowboys, casino gaming giant Harrah's Entertainment, the American Red Cross as well as companies in technology, aerospace, and higher education.  I discovered that I'm passionate about helping people chart a course to landing their dream job and living a great life. Today's young graduates face mounting pressure to "get it right, right now".  I can't wait to help you land on your feet as you launch yourself in to work that satisfies you...and pays the bills!
